澳大利亚&新西兰海商法协会（Maritime Law Association of Australia and New Zealand，简称MLAANZ）成立于1974年，目前已经拥有来自澳大利亚、新西兰以及其他国家的500多位会员；其中包括律师、法官、学者、航运公司、主要出口商代表、船舶货物保险公司以及政府和国防力量的代表。
